Mark at David Evans Estate Agents in Plumstead sold my house and also dealt with the purchase of my flat in 2018. He was superb then in every aspect; I felt that Mark looked after my best interests throughout every stage of the process, getting really excellent outcomes in terms of asking price and dealing with solicitors, buyers and management companies almost daily. So last year, when I decided to relocate, I asked Mark to handle the sale of my flat in London. He was, again, awesome; at all times professional, highly knowledgeable, helpful and, it has to be said, full of good humour. There is a constant 5* rating and glowing theme to the reviews for a reason - I will attempt not to reiterate these points, though they are absolutely correct and accurate. Mark genuinely helped me through one of the hardest periods of my life with compassion, professionalism, honest advice and ultimately was always there during the entire process, including my first prospective buyer pulling out last minute and probate. Mark had met my late mother some 18 months to 2 years prior to our initial meeting and even on the phone call to arrange the valuation with myself, recalled my mother and details of the property, having given her considerably more time and respect, I believe, than other agents would potentially have. This, along with my gut feeling that he would go above and beyond, which was subsequently proven, made my decision and recommendation to choose David Evans & Co an easy one.
